It Has Been Three years......

1st of September will always be a Black day for me...... It's the most sad and heartbreaking day for me....This is the day that I've lost someone that is the most dearest to me three years ago.... The pain and scars will never disappear but eventually life has to go on.....

Dad I miss you very much. May you be well and happy in whatever form of existence that you may be reborn to. (Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu!)

I should have posted this post since last 2 weeks but I was quite busy attending courses and setting of the test papers till I am just too exhausted to blog.

Ok so this is what happened last weekend. i spent my Saturday and Sunday being a 'Kaypo' at SK Camp in Ulu Yam. Actually this camp is a Motivation Camp for our school year six students and I was invited to be one of the photographer. It was a successful camp and the students really enjoy themselves! All thanks to our 'Boss' (Everyone clap hands please!!!!)

"And IIIIIIIIIIIIIII........... Will Always Love Youuuuuuuuuu......." Whitney Houston impersonator. Nope! That is our "Boss' be serious everyone!

Now let me WARN you. For those who doesn't like to read long sentences in English please leave, for those of you who are fed up reading my boring post, you may kindly go to other interesting blog and for those who don't like to look at my face, you too may kindly leave thank you.

Ok, let's just cut all the crap out and go to the main point. I'll let the pictures do the talking for now on.

Morning View of the SK Camp in Ulu Yam.

(It looks misty but sad to say, it is actually haze not mist)

After a short briefing and singing, the students were finally allowed to have their breakfast in groups.

This camp stressed on discipline, so before they are allowed to have their meal, they must wait till everyone is ready and say "Jemput Makan Papa (the camp commander), Jemput makan Mama (the commander assistant), Jemput makan guru-guru, jemput makan kawan kawan" Then, only they can eat.

The boy in hat: Hey Buddy! Don't eat yet la, wait for everyone la.....

The boy with plate: Ooopppsss... sorry ha, too hungry forgot liau.

After eating, everyone must washed their own plates. Good training for the boys.

Then they have a Motivational talk by a Private Motivator (don't know what her name already) Everyone seems to enjoy the talks and pay careful attention for the whole two hours!!!

Eeerrr.... Look at these two fellows..... studying their PTK wor..... but wait a minute, looks like tidur already la......

Then the next slot was the.... baloon tying games....

Hehehehe! Nope, actually is......

The Blow pipe firing squad!

Ok kids, one, two, three, fire! Fire!

Oh No! Oooopppsss... hold your fire kids!

Oh.... too late... sorry, Mr. T.

Hehehe! Actually they are aiming at these... see? Not bad hor their skills.
"Eehhhhhhh! Don't shoot us la! We promise to be good!!!"
Suzy and me was tied to the net and wating to be shot by
Chrispy, Lemon and Boss.
Look, Chrispy and Boss so full of style and action but... Lemon, that is not a 'tiang' la....

Anyway all of them missed their shot so we are safe and sound. "Ada gaya tapi kosong punya" hehehehehe!

Ok now my turn... full of energy and focus..... but at least the dart did come out from the pipe ma.

Chrispy are just hanging around for fun.

Then the weather was too hot so we fan ourselves lor....

Wei! Don't know who so silly and unprofessional oh, take this picture.
Kena caught in action smsing DD la at that time.

After the out door activities and lunch, the students came back for the next slot with the same motivator.

The students was paying attention and participating in the activities attentively but......

Woi!!!!! Kena caught red handed again la me!!! This must be Chrispy's work! Can not blame me for napping ma since I don't understand Mandarin....

After the motivation talk, we had our tea break and then off to the outdoor activities again.
The students are waiting eagerly for......

And the teachers are waiting excitingly for.......

" I believe I can fly, I believe, I can touch the sky......"
FLYING FOX!!!! YEAH!!!

Yeah! I'm flying without wings...
Ceh! So low only.... the higher the better ma.....

Yeah! I landed at last..... in one piece....

Next, was the wall climbing activity.

Chrispy and me did not try this as it is not so high and we are more interested to get ourselves clean up before dinner.
At night after the dinner......

most of the students were quite exhausted but they were still high in spirit. So after dinner while waiting for the commander, they were asked to pen down their reflections about the camp.
Then, at around 9 p.m. the students were again in for more surprises....

The whole group were blind fold and were asked to walk around the camp in total darkness.

Becareful! Don't fall into the river.....

At last everyone arrived at their destination safe and sound.
The next morning, everyone was up very early and was all ready for more chellanges.

Morning exercise before they jogged to....

"Eh! Hello, jog la not walk....You all think you all are going to 'pasar malam' is it?"
I talk so much for what? Hehehe! I was actually in boss's car la. I was the last person jogging like a tortoise ma, so Boss pity me and asked me to hop in her car lor.

At last we arrived at Hulu Tamu Hot Spring

Heng!!! This naughty fellow was punished to wear a flower on his head
for misbehaving along the way to Hulu Tamu.
When everyone arrived, we.....
do the macarena dance!!!!!
Nola, just do some stretching exercise la.

Then, all of us were allowed to have fun in the hot spring.

The students really do enjoy playing with water in the early morning.
See so happy.... like strike lottery like that.
And....

Siew Zie also enjoying herself there...
"Siew Zie, your shoe ah?"

Suzy was trying to fly with those leaves...
"Eh! Not enough of Flying Fox is it?"

and I was trying to figure out whether my face is round or square... hmm..
My sweet Heart sure looks lovely with her million dollar smile...

After about half an hour there, we walked back to the camp and took our breakfast before preparing for the next slot...

which is the orientaring activity. In this slot, the students awere taught how to read the compass.

and... off they went for more adventures..... team building

and jungle trekking...

"Look!!! so many illegal immigrant entering our border through the river...."
So after geting all wet and some experience in catching fish with a rod, the students went back to get themselves clean up to attend the prize giving ceremony and closure.

Group photo.
After some short speech and prize giving cere mony... all of us started to pack up our things and walk out of the camp to wait for our bus. I arrived home around 4 p.m.
The End.
